Hi Trudie and welcome to ALF.  :)

Wow that would be a large stone you are looking for.  80 grams and a bit more.

Your best bet would be to check out your local gem shows.

Do you want it as a specimen or to facet?

Welcome to the forum Trudie. I agree with Jimnyjerry, the stone you are looking for will be hard to find and even a quick look at Ebay indicates Australian topaz to be fetching at least around the $2 per carat mark, so even a cheap stone at that size will set you back $800. Because of the rarity of stones that size, you could add extra dollars onto that amount just for that. If you are after one for a specimen, you could find one that is not as clear, it might run you a bit less expensive than a faceting quality one.

Hi Trudy.   Welcome to ALF.
Did the above two replies misread your posting?   Are you trying to buy or sell the topaz?   If selling, a Photo would be useful.
Instead of selling, perhaps you should take up the faceting hobby yourself and eventually cut it.

Hi Trudy again.
You may want to look at the thread on this forum titled "Huge Killacrankie Diamond".
Killicrankie Diamonds are topaz's found on Tasmania's Flinders Island.
