Title: RESIN BONDED FLEXIBLE WHEEL RE-COATING
Post by: Brian.boyce on February 03, 2019, 12:34:11 PM
Hi,
Has anyone had any experience with RESIN BONDED FLEXIBLE WHEEL RE-COATING.
I have set of 6inch Nova wheels that have lost their bite.

Hi Brian,
I have a very cheaply made rotary thing that uses a very cheap 220v microwave turntable motor off ebay. I've used a few different paints. The best might of been a epoxy floor paint. For lower grit wheel like 60# you want a paint that sets harder than higher grits or the diamonds get pulled out. I have posted about this in the past there there might have been some pretty good replies, I''l have a look. Here you go,

Maybe reply to that thread as I'll be going back to read before I redo my wheels again to get the ratios etc I've forgotten. Keep it all in one place.
CheersMB
