or will I have to pay every day to enter

Have you tried to load it up Jerry,
the only way to test it is to try it in
a creek and see if it does the job
I also would be interested to know how well it works

Ask a "Silly" Question / Re: What's the Best Gold Pan for Me?
« on: April 22, 2016, 11:23:23 PM »
I use a Martin Marks green pan for fast panning
then swap to a Garretts super sluice green pan to pan out the fines as It's very quick
also brought a large black pan no name from a camping store and from time to time use that
In all there all good

G'day and welcome to the forum
Cudgegong river is a great place to start that's if your any where near it
along with what Crocket mentioned you can also find Diamonds there
there small and opaque like small frosted marbles
though you need to move a lot of wash to find them
Cheers Harry

It look like they have one on the Willows as well while every one was bogged down with the native title
they did a sneaky and slipped this in, did they advertise they were going to do this
or did they just bring this in without any notice , all the miner should have a meeting and plan some sort of action
sorry just my two bobs worth

Going back many years ago I was high banking a creek with 3 other high bankers
the interesting thing about this was the high banker next to me was unusual
he had his water going through a counter weight in a sealed round compartment (like a water wheel)
under his sluice which made the sluice pulsate the water then flowed into the sluice and down the riffles
sorry never took a photo of it but I can still remember the sluice
regards Harry

Fossicking Locations / Re: Beginners around Sydney for weekend
« on: March 19, 2016, 01:33:49 AM »
You can also fossick South of Sydney from
Garie Beach to Pebbly Beach the other side of Ulladulla
and every beach in between
At Duckmaloi 12ks North-West of Oberon
you will find a very old camp site on the right
hand side of the road, after crossing the river,
the gravels (though hard to find) contain
Zircons.
regars Harry
