I follow.

BTW, the mrs found out.  My daugher saw the computer and told her!!! Both thought it was hilarious.

She says. 'So I'm getting a pendant then?'.  Me 'Well, that just depends on the poll outcomes ... I have got an ebay option too!'.  Not quite hilarious now.

7 votes for giving both cab pendants.  I reckon they're all women's votes  ;)

There mustn't have been any votes from the blokes yet otherwise I would have had at least one vote for the ebay option.  :P  I'm hoping for a late surge for ebay ...

But Klingon, diamonds are so boring  ... unless they are coloured and then they're too expensive.  I've got plenty of clear topaz if she merely wanted a sparkly rock.

Not sure I did that well Mehoose.  The irons shows well but it's at the expense of the good polish on the stone and accentuates the pitting.  Here's a retake.

OH i agree they are boring....but for some strange reason women love em......hmmmm

PS i voted for both !! and i'm a bloke  ;D

I voted for both too  :P I just figured she could choose what one she wanted to wear with what handbag, shoes etc. Also if you didnt give her both she may say "Why did you give me this one & not the other?"  ::)

I thought that this year instead of giving the missus a card and a bunch of roses That I'd be more practical, so instead I bought her one of these new beaut foot and leg massagers. The look of pleasure on her face was something to be seen.
She asked me why on earth I'd bought it for her when a card would have been OK.
I said that I was so fed up with her standing at the kitchen sink and moaning about her feet aching whilst I was laying on the sofa watching cricket.
It's in for repair !! ;)

I didn't give in to the pressure to allow my emotions be used for commercial gain and buy my wife a dozen red roses  ...............  I bought yellow ones!

I got it easy this year I was told.
Got the movie she wanted, the chocolates she wanted, the icecrem she wanted, the drink she wanted, the nibbles she wanted and the list goes on, but will be completed. for her arrival home.
Not for commercial gain, just survival.
