Out of Office

Just letting customers know we will be out of office from Sunday 24th to Tuesday 26th inclusive. Orders received during this time will be posted on Wednesday 27th November.

Apologies for this short interruption to normal service (especially during the Christmas rush) but we have to attend a family wedding on Monday. If you call on the 1800 number, please leave a message but email is the best way to contact us during this period.

NOTE: if you are lucky, might even post a photo of the Aussie Sapphire team all dressed up 

We are finding the Christmas shopping rush has started - this short break (which will be mostly travelling to and from - not a lot of relaxing) should not cause too much drama to shipping but dont leave your shopping too late. Early bird catches the worm remember.

Just back from wedding and almost caught up on the backlog.  I am not a great traveller so 6 hours drive and then straight to work is not fun but definitely worth the trip. 

Was a lovely wedding - everything was beautiful and great to catch up with family.

Just a quick note to let you know that we will be out of the office from Thursday morning - closed from 17th April until 27th April. 

If you get your orders in by Wednesday evening, they will go out on Thursday morning - otherwise normal postage service resumes on Monday 28th April. It is a short postage week in any case with all the public holidays so thought we would take advantage and have a relaxing break with the kids.

As usual, we will be checking emails (although perhaps not with our normal lightning fast speed) but cannot take phone calls - if you need to phone instead of email, please leave a message but note that you are more likely to get a faster response from an email.

Orders may be placed normally via the website and will be despatched in order of receipt from 28th April.

Hi - just a quick note to let people know that our new phone system is up and running.

Just dial our toll free number 1800 502140 as usual but you will now hear a few new menu options. It may seem a bit of a hassle but it is does help us streamline our communications with customers.

Please bear with us as the new system has some great new features to help us provide a better and more efficient service.

At times, we may all be busy on other calls and you will be directed to the answering service but we do call back promptly.

Email is always the best way to contact us but particularly while we are away next week.  While we are away, the phone system will be in holiday mode and go straight to the message service.

After a week at the beach, the Aussie Sapphire team has returned refreshed and rejuvenated. We are already about halfway through the backlog of parcels and should have all of them ready to go on Monday morning.

Although we are back at work now, phones are on "after hours" mode so leave a message or send an email if you want to contact us before Monday.

BTW - the fishing was good :-)
