ALF Tag Line
« on: June 03, 2009, 08:10:54 PM »
Hi Guys
After so many suggestions for our ALF Tag Line I decided to launch a poll with all the best (My opinion) ideas for you, the ALF community to decide. If there are any good ones there that you think should be here P.M or Email me before 12:00 PM tomorrow.

Now Patrick,
One thing you must learn is that asking a woman to pick one just isn't going to happen.
It's our perogative to change our minds.
At least you've given us a few weeks. :D
Keep em comin!!!

I think "All things beautiful and Bright" should be changed to "All things bright and beautiful" sort of flows better I think.

can I ask how you would be using the tag line in advertising?

eg
ALF ...........................
or
Aussie Lapidary Forum ................................
Keep em comin!!!

Did you miss my question?

Yep - sorry we did    :-[

Not sure - we got side tracked there for a bit but have to get back onto the advertising soon to get organised for next year.  I reckon that mostly it will be as the full phrase - ie. Aussie Lapidary Forum as I'm not sure we quite have the brand recognition in the market to go the acronym just yet.  Give us time though...

That is how I do it in emails though - the phrase and then aka ALF.

I dont think I have voted in Patrick's poll yet - will do soon but I kind of like the digging for riches theme - you can be literally digging as in fossicking or digging for gems of information.

cheers
Leah

"All things bright and beautiful" probably applies to the forum members-we better think of something for the gems etc.
