Which do you think is best?

I have a preference but throwing it out there for a male opinion.
Would you be more inclined to wear onyx with orange sapphires or onyx with blue topaz or onyx with garnets?
The coloured stones would be accents. 
Oh, this is not a ring or pendant.

What the heck, girls you can have a voice too.

Hubby wouldn't wear it. He refuses to wear all jewellery including watch, wedding ring etc. Out of those choices, my preference would be the blue topaz.

Mehoose I have to appologise for my first post......partner told me I have to! She also informed me that we all have a male and female side to our brain and that I should, maybe, for once engage the female part of my brain? and at least try and offer some 'decent' advice for a change. Well here goes..................

The sapphire with onyx would go well together, as would onyx and garnet....maybe, I don't know, is it to big, to small, wrong shape?........maybe the topaz and onyx....no, er, yes, um.....

will have to buy a new dress for the sapphire and onyx one.......handbag, shoes?........should I mix sapphire with topaz and onyx..........or garnet and topaz, or sapphire and............hum!

So, Mehoose, I have tried the female side of my brain and like you am undecided........

I dont wear jewelry so I've had to get in touch with my feminine side and it say's light blue, as in Topaz.

I am going to get in touch with my masculine side and Say Orange sapphire and onyx, as I think Orange goes very nicely with black. I took a photo of a syn Pad sapphire I cut years ago to show how it looks, the photo is crappy but it shows the colour.

hmmm... depends where you'd be wearing it.  I would go for the sapphire, followed by garnet.

Interesting to see the range of responses ... is it an indicative of the metrosexuals taking over?  Anyway, from a stereotypical north Qld redneck point of view I offer the following ....

I think all three options would work but if I had to prioritise (rather than make a choice) I'd go with:
 
1. Blue topaz ... welll blue is for boys anyway!
2. Garnet ... but would have to be a Fullarton River mulberry red!
3. Orange sapphire ... it may be 'pretty' but definitely more of the girly choice as far as I'm concerned.

BTW, I'm back from the wilderness after my computer crackled and died about 2 months ago.  I tried getting momentary updates about every week or so at the local library ... but now my new computer's up and running!
