Hi Everyone,
I'm quite excited to join this forum. I used to fossick fairly regularly about 30 years ago, and now my interest has been sparked again after my trip to the Red Center. On the way home I spent a week specking around Elsmore with a modicum of success. And now I'm well and truly hooked again.
It's time to dig out my old fossickers guide book (by Nance and Ron Perry) and start planning my next trip away.

Welcome back to the hobby and to this forum. I would have a look around your area and see if there's any Lapidary clubs. By joining one you will be able to tap into a wealth of experience and instruction on how to take your find to the next level.

Out of curiousity are you talking Elsmore near Inverell / Glen Innes?
