Want to buy Coober pedy rough
« on: January 12, 2018, 02:56:48 PM »
HI everyone,

I am new here and have just started dealing in rough stones, I am after rough opal coober pedy from low to medium grade in bulk quantity.
Please suggest me where to go to find rough opals and how to find miners. what time is the best to go to coober pedy. What would be the best to get started.

I am also after certain stones from western Australia like Mookaite and chrysoprase.
Any help in this regards would be highly appreciated.

Kind regards
Vic

Go to Coober Pedy in winter to see the rough miner otherwise you will cook from the heat.

For other stones you mentioned look at this link http://www.outbackmining.com/mookaite
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once.
