Hello From The Pacific Northwest
« on: October 02, 2018, 07:19:39 AM »
It has been a while since I have done any cabbing or jewelry .. About 6 years now after selling off all my lapidary and silversmithing goodies so could get into learning something completely different..

Now that we have moved into the city there is a club here that has a nice shop where I can get my feet wet again.  Won't be doing anything nearly on the scale I use to do from my own shop, but will be nice to be able and do some cabbing again.

Hi Taogem,  I was just over your way about two weeks ago in Bringham City Utah, boy do you have some nice gem fields over there.  We found ammonite and trillabite fossils, as well as goedes and jasper, tourmaline, what a treasure chest.
