Found Petrified Wood, Quarts and Fossilised Amber at Coomaditchie Warrawong

Hey all I Glen new to the forum. i somtimes take my dog and kid for a walk well we went out the back where people take their 4wd and started finding bits of what i think are Petrified Wood Quarts and Amber.
i cant upload pics yet but as i post more i will.
i find it quite a relaxing part time and if im right i would like to learn more and find some more different types.

im a bit of a noob at this.

there would be petrified wood and quartz but no amber in that area.  To learn more you might consider joining the Illawarra Lapidary club in Wollongong

I'll have to take a pic could be plastic or glass but didn't feel like it.

Not sure of the area, but could it be a clear coloured quartz, maybe citrine or smoky quartz.
