Was raiding dad's old rock collection the other week when I came across a piece of turquoise. It was a bit flat to cab properly so I just made it flat and sat it in a bezel cup. It is both lighter in colour than the other piece I cabbed and also seems to be a bit harder as well, it took on a nice, reflective polish without difficulty, unlike the other bit.
