Total newbie here, probably asking for information that is obvious to everyone else here.

For a bit of context, this post explains my situation.

Is anybody able to help me identify what these things are?

Top picture is an old trommel
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once.

Middle picture is probably an old pair of grinding wheels.  The visible one looks like it was a expanded belt wheel.  Motor looks dead.

Last pic is an old river sluice and what looks like a sieve next to it.

You're seeing more than I can Jerry, We've got Turnbulls "faster better sooner" NBN so the huge pictures take weeks (well quite a while) to down load, I gave up trying to look.

Or if you are using an Apple, drag to the desktop and then double click to open from the desktop.

First one is definitely a Trommel
The second a grinder or buffer
And the 3rd a Sluice
And I wonder if the Sluice attaches to the Trommel to catch any "FINE" Gold ?
