Garmin Dakota 20

Hi All,
A while back i purchased a Garmin Dakota 20 which has served me very well. Recently i was given co-ords in a format i can not locate on my unit. Was wondering if anyone on this site has a little knowledge on this topic and can assist me in correctly finding these co-ords.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
