i spent a couple of years at coober pedy in the early 1990's but im scratching my head over these shows.

Yep these shows always seem to good to be true and the amazing thing is they always find good opal or gold on either show.  But thats the media these days, reality shows, really aren't telling the real story.

I like this UV idea too, that is until an old bloke at my club told me that you need to watch out for the scorpions; they also glow under a UV light too.  :o ;D

At least it makes them easier to see at night.  You would have to be blind to accidentally sit on one while using a UV light. beers
