I was using feeler gauges before I bought my graticule from Aussie Sapphire.   It was a game changer for me.  I have been considering getting the one from WA as it’s graticule is beveled and seems easier to read than the graticule etched onto the glass disk on the one I have.
Yours Sincerely

I’m using the graticule loupe to get the girdle thickness on the “Happy birthday concave”. Can’t use the scope because the slot in the mast doesn’t go high enough. The scope has to be at right angles to the facet and currently for the girdle that only happens when the quill is set for cutting at 90deg. So that is one of a couple of mods I need to do to it when I’ve finished this stone.
