The Decisions to date by the QLD state gov, are aimed at ridding the sector of, "Non-genuine miners", those that need "Re-education" and that which has"No worth".
Their analysis only looked at production face value, from 2.9% of the sector.
Failing to account for the reality of the Gem industry.
10% is extraction 90% is countless hours spent, cutting, cabbing, setting, wrighting, smithing and retailing.
