Well after a few posts the common thread is head to the Gemfields for sapphires...
To be honest im really enjoying this gemstone fossicking after the Luffly let me know about her bucket list item to find her own gemstone for her own piece of jewellery.
NOW IM HOOKED!!
So we are looking for must do's to find that elusive Sapphire in the Gemfields. So far we know how to sieve and we are well aware of the wash that holds the stones.
Now we are keen to find a great area so at least we are a chance of finding a cutter (hows the lingo)
To add to this post we are finding it hard to find picks shovels and buckets to hire up on the gem fields.
Also where do we sieve our wash?
Please can someone fill us in on what we need and where to hire ??
So from here please fire at us any words of wisdom so our 4 days can be packed with hope..
