Oops,
   I have now successfully unapproved and approved my photo, apparently I have a comment on it.Probably a rude one because I can't find it anywhere.Also found Paul's and Deb's albums. Deb's is locked I can't get in  .It asks for a pass word ,puts one in for me and then does nothing :'(What have I started)?

Now its my turn....Oppsa Daisy,

I thought the password was for me to access my album. I wanted also a way that only registered users here could see my pictures, as sometimes I put a design in that I didn't want the rest of the world accessing them.

I removed the password and left the allow guest to No, I guess I am a bit funny who I want to see things.

I hope that works now.

Deb has sorted the password issue but I'll see if I can tweak it a little so we have some more control over who sees and who doesnt.

You'll have to blame mehoose for the comment Ted - wasnt too rude though

I've moved all my pics to "my albums" and fixed up the posts that had them embedded.  How do you actually view other people's albums?

I reloaded them & then deleted the originals ... couldn't find any other way.  Fortunately I didn't have too many to do.

Have just created a new album in the gallery called Members Only - it should be set up so that only members can view this one - guests can not.

Just check that this one is not viewable when you are not logged in.  I can set up password as well if you like or maybe "logged in members" is ok.  Just let me know.

Sorry Deb - I have looked and looked as to how to move images from public to private album and no luck yet.  Very easy to shift to another public album but the user albums dont appear on the drop down list.  Still working on it but if you dont mind shifting them across a few at a time, that will at least get you up and going.

Remember, lots of keywords in the description so we can search as well as browse.

Gee I am not very good with the request I made oops, I meant in the forum, as in topics where we post replies etc, so we don't give away our secrets to non members

Yes - I can do this as well.  Just thought you might want a members only gallery as well (for cutting diagrams for example??).

Off to bed now (go to bed with the birds) so will do a members only message board tomorrow.
