2013 Christmas Newsletter
« on: December 05, 2013, 03:25:52 PM »
Christmas is almost here!

The extra sales volume during this Christmas rush period is keeping us running but we are managing to ship on time each day. Certainly the silly season but we're keeping up so far.

It is really important to consider shipping/transit times during December so you can be confident your parcel will reach you in time.  Remember the parcel volume drastically increases during this very busy period - Australia Post and the couriers do a fantastic job to shift the massive number of items every day but it is a huge job in a really big country so please keep this in mind.

A realistic cut off for shipping to most (not all) areas is Thursday the 19th of December  - that is very close so to avoid disappointment, we recommend you order now.

We will be working and shipping right up to Christmas - some smaller items can fit in air courier satchesl (1/3/5kg) and will go overnight to many areas but please email us first to check if not sure.  Express Post is NOT faster from here so we do not offer this service - if you request courier, you MUST be able to sign for parcel or provide safe drop instructions.

We will be shipping most shipping workdays over the Christmas/January period but hope to get a bit of family time as well so may miss a few phone calls here and there - best to email your orders through for fastest response.

Just a couple of extra specials to help you enjoy Christmas - specials end 19/12/13 or when sold out:

Free Shipping to most Areas for the first 10 machines of each type (excludes: overseas, Northern Territory and some other remote locations - sorry).  Note that this discount not applicable with other club discounts so check which gives you the best deal before ordering.

Free Shipping on the following popular items (conditions apply). To claim this discount, just select "Store Pick Up" in the Shipping checkout and we will ship at our cost to most locations WITHIN AUSTRALIA.

* Cabking 6V3 complete 6 wheels arbor - first 10 machines only

Hi-Tech All-U-Need 6" Flat Lap Complete Package  - first 10 machines only

4" Portable Trim Saw WITH lapidary/glass blade - first 10 machines only

Check out our everyday specials on Tumblers - still on a fantastic price from the high Aussie Dollar.  If you need a Faceting machine, get in quick as we only have 2 each of the Facetron and Graves 5XL available before Christmas.

If you have left it too late or are not sure what to buy, why not send aGift Certificate.

A friendly reminder that Store Pick ups are STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - please email info@aussiesapphire.com.au or Text ahead on 0427336742.  We are not always available and get extremely busy trying to meet daily shipping schedules.  Emailing your order ahead is appreciated so we can pick your order and have it ready for you.  Many larger machines need assembly to customer specs and testing so we do need some advance warning to build these.

Thank you to everyone for making 2013 a very successful and enjoyable year for Aussie Sapphire - we have really enjoyed our first full year at the new warehouse and are full steam ahead for an even bigger 2014.

We are also enjoying a little extra free time without the big extra work of the farm - might have a few interesting photos to post soon - this is a renewal of an old interest (stay tuned). Remember we still have a part of the farm left to sell so anyone wanting to purchase a beautiful piece of land along the famous Reddestone Creek should contact us  8)

Finally, have a Great Christmas and New Year Holiday from the whole Aussie Sapphire team.

cheers from Andrew, Leah and the rest of the team.
