I've just finished re-engineering the butterflies design in the July/August copy of Facets for a 96 index wheel and the Yin Yang design for a 64 index wheel.
In both cases I found that setting two cut points and selecting the index caused Gem Cad to calculate the angles needed for each facet. As neither design fits neatly into the new index, the index stops need a little fudging to make the designs work.
In addition there is the occasional missed meet as a trade off for sticking to whole numbers for the index settings. A small trade-off to avoid having to constantly adjust the angle of the index wheel using the cheater.
