Taking a Break - postal arrangements
« on: April 15, 2009, 05:48:30 PM »
Just letting everyone know that we'll be away next week so if you're planning to place an order, it would be a good idea to do it before Saturday.  Feel free to place an order online while we are away and we'll ship it as soon as we get back.  Offline orders are probably best left until we return.

Just taking the kids down to the beach for a few days - looking forward to some rest and relaxation.  We'll be checking email as usual so no problems to contact us with queries.  We might not answer them quite as quickly but we'll do our best.

We'll be packing parcels up till Friday evening - any orders received from Saturday will be delayed for a week until we return to work on the 26th April.

cheers
Leah and Andrew

Actually they're predicting rain all week but not to worry - it will still be fun.  We usually take a week each April and October - we dont go away in the Christmas holidays as a rule because normally too busy with harvesting.  Broke our own rule this year because we didnt have too much left to harvest after the hail storm.

Hey Deb - I use 2 hosting companies.  The first is Webcity - they are really cheap and give you everything you need but the service is not too great so I keep my less important sites with them.  Our main aussiesapphire site is with Net Logistics - these guys are more expensive but the service is excellent, 24 hour phone support and almost immediate email replies to support queries - so is more reliable for our main online shop site.  Both Australian.

cheers
Leah

We're back !!!  I see lots of discussions here while we were away - you guys can get along fine without us  ;)  Keep it up.

Had a very nice relaxing week but back to reality now - catching up on orders and emails tomorrow.
