Welcome back Beach Bunnies,

Hoping you had a great relaxing time, and no sunburn to talk about.

As you can see we have been very well behaved  ;)

Take Care,

just letting you know we'll be away from Thursday 1st October for a week or so.  We'll be checking emails while we are away but no post until we get back to work on Monday 12th October.

Feel free to place orders (more the merrier  ;) ) but despatch of orders will be delayed until 12/10/09.

Taking kids down to beach for much-needed break.  Angus keen to catch a fish.  Back in time for ALF dinner.

cheers
Andrew and Leah

Andrew, Leah and Family,
Enjoy your break  - you need some chill-out time.  See you when you get back.  By then we'll have concocted some excellent fossicking lies errr.... stories!

BTW - are you red wine or white wine drinkers?

Regards,
Shane

Hi Paul
Hurry up and get better, I was lookig forward to seeing you up there. Hope you dont mind but I'm hoping to pick your brain a little this week. As I've previously mentioned we have to find somewhere to go from this Sat to at least Tuesday when Shane is going to be there.
Where in your opinion are the best places to go for saphires etc, that are reasonably easy to find and havent been mined commercially. I have to find something, you know how Lesley likes those sparklie things.

Hi Claude,
You know how to ask the easy questions :D  Apart from BB, 7 Oaks & the other pay digs the best chance IMO for sapphires is Yarrow Creek or Pretty Valley on private property but unfortunately they are only accessible on Wednesdays (or special events like Minerama). Maybe have a chat to Rhonda/Bill (owners of BB) and see if they have any suggestions? .... maybe their Swamp Oak property is an option - they were trying to set it up for fossicking at some stage.  The Poolbrook pay dig might be worth a go ... digging directly in Frasers Creek (if accessible) under boulders etc could be worthwhile? I have seen the locals digging in the creek there and they seemed to be having some success.

I hope that helps .... and good luck !

Have a small idea how your back feels.  My hip has been an agony while walking ever since a bushwalk last Thursday.  Hope to recover for MM.  If not will have to use a walking stick.

Heal well and soon Paul.
Will miss you at MM.

Best wishes,
Jerry
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once.

Oh by the way I meant to ask if you know of any good web hosting places in OZ?

I've used webcity and also found it cheap and automated. Never really needed customer service for it. They would be who I suggest.

Thanks Jerry.  Hope your hip is OK.  A walking stick always comes in useful to whack snakes ;D  Have fun next week.
