This is a FREE service offered by the team at Aussie Sapphire.com.au ,it is for everone to use but not abuse.
By logging onto this forum you agree to the following:
1. To refrain from posting, sending a personal message, or sending an email though this forum that contains insulting/inflammatory statements that personally attack a member, their family, and/or their children. You may not bait, stalk, or harass other members. You may not use this forum to solicit other members through personal messages. Any thread or post that is either reported or deemed by admin to be offensive will be locked, moved or deleted. Locking, moving or deleting threads is done at the sole discretion of the Admin and Moderating team.
2. It is not permitted to disclose or hint at the contents of a PM or E-mail of any current or past member without their express permission.
3. It is not permitted to disclose any information about another member without their express permission. Disclosing any such information may result in a permanent ban.
5. Members are solely responsible for their words and actions. Aussie Lapidary Forum will not be held accountable for the opinions stated by its members. Members are reminded that any advice they take from other members is done so of their own free will and with no endorsement from Australian Lapidary Forum. Posts and photographs belong to the member who publishes them. Under the copyright laws, you must seek permission from the author before replicating them elsewhere. If members require the deleting of their posts they are responsible for the editing of such posts. Admin will not provide bulk deletions.
6. Members must ensure that their email settings are correct and as they require. All members by default will receive Admin emails. If you do not wish to receive emails, you will need to log in and change your preferences.
7. This is a public forum and we request that you do not use profanity or excessive bad language. Abuse of this provision may result in your posts being edited and a warning from the administrator.
8. Racial, ethnic, religious, gender based insults or any other personal discriminations will not be tolerated. Abuse of this provision may result in your membership being deleted.
9. There will be no posts or PMs meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory.
10. Spamming is not permitted; please keep all your posts as constructive as possible. Members who fall into the trade or vendor category should read our policy on commercial posting to ensure compliance with forum guidelines.
11. Pornography, warez, or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form. Abuse of this provision will result in immediate deletion of your membership and a permanent ban on rejoining.
12. All posts are property of the poster. This forum and all web sites owned in conjunction with this forum have the right to request alteration or deletion of any offensive post.
13. Posts may be deleted for any reason the forum administrators deem reasonable.
14. Users may not argue a moderators decision publicly. A disagreement with a moderator must first be raised with the moderator in question via PM. If the problem can not be resolved, then the moderator and user must send their positions to the forum admin. The forum admin will make or change any and/or all final decisions.
15. Pictures, photographs or images may be posted as long as they are not explicit or offensive. Please consider the copyright laws - do not upload any file unless you are the author/photographer or have specific permission from the author/photographer. Links to other sources should be clearly cited.
16. Please try to keep uploaded images to a minimum file size to accomodate for dialup members. We want everyone here to have an enjoyable experience, and images that have excessive file sizes cause undue problems for those without broadband.
17. If a topic is recognized as being posted in the wrong forum, or if the post is a violation of our guidelines, please contact a moderator via PM. Please do not respond publicly to the member - a member of staff will do what is required upon contact.
18. Any impersonation of a member from this forum, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning.
Disclaimer:
The Admin has the right to remove members who are harassing, baiting, stalking, spamming or trolling other members or the site. This will be done at the sole discretion of forum administration.
The Admin and moderators have the right to remove, edit, move or close any post and/or thread for any reason. The Admin are not responsible for any loss of Posts or contents due to any system malfunction or error. :)
We also reserve the right to change our Terms of Service and Forum Rules at any time, with no notification to the members of this site. Current version of these rules will always be available in the Forum Announcements Board.

If you do find a message that is spam or you feel is rude, or unkind click the "report to moderator" button in the bottom right hand coner and I or Aussie Saopphire or Andrew will delete them.
