hey every one, i'm some what newe to this scene and have absolutely no idea how it works..... basically what im after is just a bit of information as to how it all works? do i have to buy a lease to have the right to mine gems? if so how or where do i get thris lease? also whether or noti could live on site? and if so are there any things like running water? electricity?
