how do i drill a small hole in hobby stone.I have a set of 1.5mm diamond drills,do i drill fast/slow/wet/dry or use a press? many thanks allen.

Welcome Allen, lots of great people here.
I would say slow and wet, by hand or press but some one on here has done it will give you better information.

Essentially you need to drill slowly with copious amounts of water for cooling and back in/out often to flush drilled hole with water. Try to keep drill bits very straight to prevent breakage. Drill press can help with this but some feel you get better control with handheld machine.
