Minerama 2014 / Aussie sapphire
« on: March 04, 2014, 07:14:18 PM »
Hi all,

It is looking like another great Minerama 2014.  We have finally had some good rain so the grass is greening up and have some lovely weather coming up for the weekend.

As has been the case for a few years now, Aussie Sapphire is a Major Sponsor of this event and will be opening our Warehouse
during the Show weekend (plus a couple days either side of the weekend).   We will be open from 8am to 4pm Friday 7th to Wed 12th of March - other times strictly by appointment as usual.

PLEASE email any larger orders (especially machine orders) through ASAP so we can have them packed ready for your pickup.  This particularly applies to machines as they usually need to be assembled and tested prior to delivery so to avoid delays, best to have these orders in beforehand.  You can place your order online and select STORE PICKUP at the checkout or just email your order through and we will have it ready for you.

In the unlikely event you can find a better price on the same item at the Show, we will beat it if possible. hotthirsty

Just a bit of housekeeping:
*  If you usually travel with your pets, we would appreciate you parking outside on the street and leaving your dogs/cats there as it does create a fair amount of disturbance for our own pets.
*  Children must be strictly supervised at all times - this is a working warehouse and therefore not a safe environment for unsupervised children.
* We will have no Gemstones, Finished Jewellery or Rough Natural Gems for Sale - these are not on the premises and not available for sale.
* Please do not park in Driveway at the warehouse as we have Post and Couriers needing to pickup and deliver -  please park off to the side so they can get in and out  ;)
* Not that this needs saying but remember we have a full back to base alarm/CCTV so smile for the camera and do the right thing.

Hope everyone has a great visit to Glen Innes - we are looking forward to the weekend and saying hello to customers and visitors (ALF'er, Aussie Sapphire VIP customers as well as some new faces).

cheers from Andrew and Leah plus the rest of the Aussie Sapphire team.
