Specifically the bits and pieces used to make jewellery such as pendant bails, jump rings, stone holders, pin bails, ear hooks, clasps, etc.  But often more generally used to include blank jewellery settings as well.

Quite a few choices online but not aware of anyone in the Gippsland region - might need more of a local for that advice.

Two suppliers of findings favoured by some members at our club are A&E Metals and Gemcuts ( both are found online), or if you wanted to, you can make a visit to the Big Smoke in Melbourne and visit A&E shop yourself.

LA Gems is another company that does the gem show circuit and is probably more specialised in findings than Gemcuts - not sure they travel as far as VIC as they are based in southern QLD.

Dont think A&E travels.
