still says members are Denied to post photos humm will only let member view photos

just fixed a few small things might work now i hope arm leah if you don't like what ive changed you can remove it but i think i have fixed the proplem

The 'Mark page as seen' function isn't on the new gallery 


I always found this very useful as I'm away for work a lot and it helped me catch up quickly by only opening up the images that appealed to me and then marking the rest of the page as read.



I currently have 344 pages of unseen images (mostly the old images before the upgrade but new ones too). At this rate I have been struggling trying to catch up on images ... and its led me to be less active in even going to the gallery ... something I used to love.


Is the 'Mark page as seen' function there somewhere? Or can it be added ... please?

The "Mark as Seen" function is not available in the new gallery.  I have just posted message to developer to see if it can be added.

Currently need to go to the "Unviewed" page to see any images that you have not seen OR the "Recent Images" page to see them in most recently posted order.  Neither has the "Mark as Seen" feature.  I must admit, I used that function myself quite a bit on the old forum as well but unfortunately it just was not feasible to keep using the old gallery for a few "behind the scenes" reasons.

We will try to add this feature if we can.

Hello, sorry it has taken a while but gallery developer will be adding this feature to the next version.  Apparently due to some coding issues, we could either have "Mark images as Unseen" (the current situation) OR "Mark all as seen".  After some discussion about which option was more useful, I think the vote was for the "mark as seen" feature instead and to give him credit, the developer has responded to this user feedback.

Will be upgrading to new version asap.

ok.  Gallery has now been upgraded.


When you click on Unviewed items at link below or clicking button within main page, there is now a new button to mark all as seen:

I will also add "Unviewed" to the Gallery drop down menu to make access to this page a bit quicker.  I have to edit the underlying code for this though so might not get to it until the weekend.
