I haven't used Linde A for a while now, but I would mix it with water until it resembles watery milk and then either drip or spray it onto the lap. With most of the polish powders, less is more.
Common sense isn't exactly common

I have put 2 teaspoons of tin oxise in a 1/2 litre spray bottle with a few drops of dishwashing detergent.  So far it works well, but the president of our lapidary club said that they stopped using these in favour of making a thick soup to apply with a brush, becausepeople didn't shake the bottle and the nozzle clogged.

on my faceting machine I use 1 teaspoon of cerium oxide in the same quantity of detergent and water.  But I am using ahard lap instead of felt wheel with extra water.

Gordon
