Cutting glass bottles

Just noticed this on ebay, they targeted me with it in an email  ::) .
Looks like score and break, bet it is not easy. Someone on here was cutting bottles, so I thought I'd post it.

in the late 70's there was a similar product made by I think named K-Tel or similar (older version of Kleva products).I had one and it worked, basically a rotary glass cutter.
