Why are teal, blue and green sapphires so unique?

Blue is the most  common colour for sapphires. As to being "so unique". A thing is unique or it is not unique, There is no qualification.  It cannot be "very" unique, "exceptionally" unique or "so" unique.

However, you could properly say, I am being very pedantic, exceptionally pedantic or so pedantic.
