Frankston and Peninsula Lapidary Club
« on: November 24, 2021, 01:38:58 PM »
The club was burnt to the ground last Wednesday afternoon. All the equipment, library, collections etc have been totally lost   :'(
Nobody was in the club rooms at the time so no one hurt. A "go fundme" page has been setup to try and raise some funds

Sad day

This is so sad to read of this. I do hope that they are able to salvage some of their equipment and collection pieces to make some sort of start in the future. Fingers crossed they did have insurance !!!  :(
