Oh my goodness, I really have been under a rock for years. Makky, what on earth is stabilising with Cactus juice????

It's a heat cure one part resin. it is used for stabilizing wood.Put the stone in a container of it in a vacuum chamber, remove all the air, wrap in foil or something to stop it running out and then heat cure in an oven.
