Mount Eliza quarry Mornington Peninsula

I went for alook around the other day and found heaps of cool quartz , dug some up with my hands (didn't have tools with me).

Is it possible I could find any other minerals or gemstones here? There is stacks of quartz, milky, clear.

Would there be a chance of finding some peridot or topaz or anything else ? And if so what should I look out for ? Or any habits in the rock or geology itself ?

Also is geovic the best place for geological maps or are there any better ones that would help me find potential fossicking spots?

How did you go. Find much variety of rocks? I’m interested in clear quartz, Smokey, amethyst etc.
what did you end up with?
Also any help with location would be great as I’m new to this.
